Banh Mi Land Reviews

Hands down the best Vietnamese sandwich in town! Fresh ingredients, perfect flavor, and the coffee is amazing too. Highly recommend!

Wow! Finally found a place that makes "real" Banh Mi, including pate' smeared on the bread. I grew up in Los Angeles and this was very common down there but I don't know why it is so hard to find this in Seattle area. I had their "Original" and it was very delicious. I will definitely come here again whenever I come up to Lynnwood to hit Lowe's or Home Depot.

I recently discovered this gem of a Vietnamese sandwich shop, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! We ordered banh mi sandwiches and spring rolls, both of which were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return and try their soups. The service was amazing, with friendly and attentive staff making us feel welcome. The shop is spotless, and though it's a deli with no dine-in option, it's perfect for a quick and tasty meal on the go. My favorite part is that they offer catering services--I'm so excited to bring all my friends and family to this place for future gatherings. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!

I called for a pickup order and they said it'd be ready in 15min which was pretty fast! The food was affordable priced with my total less than $30 for 2 banh mi sandwiches (which were generously-portioned) and a sticky rice dish that was large! The food was all super fresh and delicious and the crispy pork belly banh mi was my personal favorite but I'm so excited to try all the other banh mis and also the specials! Great spot!

Located in a small plaza across from the Lynnwood Goodwill location, this Vietnamese spot hit different. Found this restaurant through yelp while I was shopping in the Alderwood area. Bahn Mi Land offers: fresh spring rolls, fried Vietnamese chicken wings, some rice and noodle dishes and drinks but the star is the bahn mi sandwich. I was surprised by the assortments of meats, but since it was our first visit we opted for a pork belly noodle bowl and special sandwich (all the toppings). We saw some people order by phone? But when I stopped by most would wall up to the counter and order. They take your name and call things out as they are ready. The waiting area is cramped, but works. If you're able to I'd call ahead or wait outside; although they provide benches since the waiting dining/ordering/and pick up space is small and narrow it can get cramped quickly during a rush. Props to the staff, lots of orders and some grumblings from people waiting to pick up orders but they handled it with grace and compassion. The food was surprising. We loved the bread for the sandwich and how they put pate on the bahn mi. The vermicelli bowl was packed with veg, noodles, and meat. The sauce was packed in a small take out container with some hot sauce. I'd definitely visit again, great portions and super affordable.

Food - really good portions of veggies and meat. I got the grilled beef and it was loaded! The veggies tasted super fresh Price - everything is under $10 which for this portion and quality is great. Location - it feels a bit tucked away. Guessing if they were more exposed like Alderwood, there'd be even more business. A lot of new construction ongoing around them, so maybe things may improve in the future. Check out this place if you're craving a bahn mi!

You have to try the Vietnamese coffee and Tofu Banh Mi--they're nothing short of amazing! The Banh Mi is bursting with freshness and has that perfect crunch. If you're a fan of Banh Mi, this is a must-try!

Cozy new banh mi restaurant family-owned and operated with some of the most delicious sandwiches ever! Super happy to have more Vietnamese cuisine in the Lynnwood area! We tried their Banh Mi Land Signature, Grilled Pork, and Grilled Chicken sandwiches-- each being super delicious and well put-together. My favorite would be their Banh Mi Land Signature. Everything tasted fresh and just like an authentic Vietnamese banh mi sandwich. Will definitely come again, especially for their kind employees!

Delicious banh mi! The first thing that stood out to me was the quality of the banh mi bread. It's fresh and has a perfect texture--soft without being too hard or crispy. This makes for a delightful bite and really elevates the sandwich. The inside has minimal seating. Most people get takeout orders. The parking in the plaza is easy and hassle-free, which is always a relief, especially during busy hours. However, one thing that puzzled me was the drinks. Every time I've ordered, the cups seem to be about 20% empty. I'm not sure why this happens, but it's a little odd and detracts from the overall experience. On the brighter side, the pate used in the sandwiches is fantastic. It's rich, flavorful, and adds an authentic touch to their offerings. Despite the minor issue with the drinks, Banh Mi Land is definitely a spot worth visiting for a quick and tasty meal. I'll certainly be back for more of their delicious bahn mi!

TL;DR: grab and go. Fast service. Generous proportions. Reasonably priced. Parking: shared lot. Atmosphere: small interior--very much a carry out place. There is limited bar seating next to the window in front of the registers and there are a couple benches to sit on while you wait for your order. Menu: mounted on wall behind the register. There is also a photo menu of the sandwiches on the counter next to the register for the visually stimulated. Menu is not descriptive but you can infer what the item is based on the name. If you're a seasoned banh mi eater, you will know what the base ingredients of banh mi are and the title of the sandwich just tells you the protein difference. Service: order and pay at the front, your name will be called once your order is ready. I ordered a few items from each category for 4 people during lunch on a Sunday and it all came out in less than 10 minutes. Great service! I witnessed the cashier put someone on hold and help a few customers at the register only to find that the person on hold was no longer there--she then called the person right back and apologized for the wait. I also witnessed some small talk between staff and repeat customers as they came in to get orders. The vast majority of banh mi contains the following as its base: bread, cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber, mayo, soy sauce, pickled carrot and radish slivers, and pate. Banh Mi Land Signature: has Vietnamese ham and Char Siu BBQ pork slices. I did appreciate the proteins being on both sides. Crispy Pork Belly Rice Bowl: pork was a little on the dry side but the flavor was all there. The skin was nice and crispy. Tasty dish and it comes with: rice, green onions, cucumber, cilantro, pickled radish and carrots, and fish sauce. Grilled Pork Patties Spring Rolls: does not have vermicelli noodles, but does have mint, ice berg lettuce, pickled radish and carrots. Tasty even without the provided peanut sauce. The pork patties look and taste almost like spam.
